2026-2027 Membership

An active membership is required for all conference participants. 

  • 2026-2027 Concession Membership: ₱900 PHP (for students, independent scholars, and retired and contingent faculty, approximately $15 USD)
  • 2026-2027 Regular Membership: ₱1,500 PHP (for faculty and professional members, approximately $25 USD) 

2026 Conference Registration

The conference registration package—both Regular Registration and Concession Registration—includes three tickets to the Hong Kong International Shakespeare Festival, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, and transportation from the conference site to performance venues. It does not include optional cultural and social events. 

A Guest Pass enables your guest to attend conference events—talks, workshops, and receptions. It does not include tickets to the Hong Kong International Shakespeare Festival.

  • Concession Registration: ₱6,000 PHP (for students, independent scholars, and retired and contingent faculty, approximately $100 USD)
  • Regular Registration: ₱9,000 PHP (for faculty and professional members, approximately $150 USD)
  • Guest Pass: ₱5,400 PHP

Hong Kong International Shakespeare Festival

If you need more than three tickets, for yourself or for your guests, please purchase them below. If you did not filled in the survey before 15 April, please list your preferred performances (titles, days, and times), and we will do out best to secure the tickets for you.

  • Othello / Wed 10 June / 15:00 and 20:00
  • Macbeth Solo / Wed 10 June – Thu 11 June / 15:00 and 20:00
  • Hamlet / Fri 12 June – Sat 13 June / 20:00
  • Shakespeare Dance Theatre / Fri 12 June – Sun 14 June / 20:00
  • Ophelia, An Object Study / Sat 13 June – Sun 14 June / 20:00

Additional Tickets: ₱1,500 PHP (approximately $25 USD)

Donation

The ASA is committed to keeping its conferences accessible to scholars and students from Asia’s developing economies. Registration fees do not fully cover the costs of organizing the event, and we therefore welcome donations in any amount. For convenience, donations may be made in increments of ₱300 PHP (approximately $5 USD).
